How can I become a member?Click on the "Join" button and select payment method and type of membership, fill in your personal data and click join only once.
Please make sure that you enter the correct email address because login information is sent by mail.
If you are not sure about your correct email address, please ask your provider.
Credit card verification can last up to 5 minutes, please don't click twice!
Why is there a membership fee and what do I get for it?
We offer a wide selection of pics, videos, cams etc. To offer this huge selection, we have to charge a fee for accessing our sites
I would like to become a member but I don't want anybody to find out.
Our handling is 100% discrete. On your credit card invoice, there is only a discrete "NetDebit".
What about security of the transaction?
In our join form, we use the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Please use only this form and don't send your credit card information via email! Your personal information is required for verification of your credit card. This information is saved on a secure server for the length of your membership and will be deleted after. We guarantee that we don't submit this information to third persons.
I have received my passwort, but I can't enter the site!
IMPORTANT: Your Member-Login consists of:
Username..: Your Customer ID (Ihre Kundennummer) starting with 600...
Password...: Your subscription ID (Die Buchungsnummer) starting with 200...

I can enter the site, but some features don't work.
There are several possible reasons:
- Plugins are missing: In our member's area, we offer links for downloading of all plugins for free.
- Make sure that your browser accepts cookies.
- Firewalls: If you're using a personal firewall like Norton Internet Security, click here for furter information.
- Some AOL problems can be avoided by opening an external browser.
- If you have problems playing videos in real format (especially Internet Explorer), there may be too many Temporary Internet Files saved on your computer.
In Control Panel, openInternet Options.
Click theGeneral tab, and then under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
In the Delete Files dialog box, click to select the Delete all offline content check box if you want to delete all Web page content that you have made available offline.
Click OK.
After that you should restart your Internet Explorer then it should work. - Adblockers: we recommend to switch them off during your visit to our members section as they block some important features.
What happens if I give my password to another person?
Your password is for your own personal use only. If you give it to another person, our software will deactivate it within minutes and you will have no access to the member's area. Please keep your password to yourself.
Saving images is very easy. Right-click with your mouse (Windows) on the picture and select "Save as...".
How do I cancel?
Please login with your customer ID and personal password to Member Support ein. There you will find further information.
